The APL Astronomy club is hosting a Venus Transit Party for APLers and their friends and families.

The Westminster Astronomical Society, Inc. (WASI) is hosting Venus Transit viewings for the general public at the libraries in Carroll County. WASI Venus Transit Viewings: Tuesday, June 5th, from 5:30pm until the sun sets that evening, at the 6 library branches (Westminster, Finksburg, Eldersburg, Taneytown, Mt Airy, and North Carroll).

The Howard Astronomical League (HAL) is hosting a Venus Transit Party for the general public at the Howard County Conservancy, June 5th, 5:30 pm to sunset.

The Goddard Astronomy Club is hosting Venus Transit Viewing, probably at the Goddard Visitors Center, but they didn’t send me any details. Here’s their web site: Goddard Astronomy Club
